The PCOS Wellness Programme is a 12-session, fully personalised 1:1 coaching experience. It’s designed to help you move from feeling stuck and disconnected from your body, to feeling more informed, supported, and in control of how you manage your symptoms.

Sometimes, what makes the biggest difference is having someone alongside you helping you interpret the signs, make sense of your symptoms, and take steady, realistic steps forward. That’s my job.

The PCOS Wellness Program

  • Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching calls to support consistency, work through challenges as they come up, and adapt things as your life changes

  • Private WhatsApp support, so you have guidance and reassurance between sessions when things feel difficult or confusing

  • Collaborative meal ideas and simple recipes, built around foods you enjoy and a way of eating that fits your life

  • Journaling prompts and reflection tools to help you understand your patterns, your needs, and what truly matters to you
